Refund policy

Within 7 days of receiving your item and if you are having trouble with the installation and have followed the user guide, please call us on 0212410298 and one of our friendly team will assist you. If the issue is unable to be rectified during this call, simply return it to us and we will run a diagnostic test and once we have found the cause of the issue we will either return it to you or will happy exchange, credit or refund.
